TF Studio is your at-home Pilates studio offering both live and on-demand classes. They are seamlessly categorized by duration, body part, and equipment, making it easy to choose exactly what you're looking for. Best of all, our workouts require minimal time, space, and equipment.

Tasha Franken, a certified Pilates instructor, created TF Studio after trying countless workout classes and trainers that didn't deliver the desired results. Frustrated and underwhelmed with what was available, she developed her own unique style focused on creating lengthened and toned muscles using Pilates-based exercises. Her approach adds tone without bulk and emphasizes lateral breathing to reduce cortisol and inflammation in the body.

These carefully curated classes are designed for everybody and require minimal space, time, and equipment. Our feel-good Pilates classes will strengthen your mind and body while leaving you feeling empowered and calm.
